Neil ThomasHATTONIt is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Neil on Wednesday 30th October 2019, aged 73 years. Husband to Judith, loved father to Victoria and Fiona, Grandfather to Gwion, Isabel, Addien and Blake. A Funeral Service will be held at Markeaton Crematorium in the Main Chapel on Monday 18th November at 12 noon. Flowers welcome and may be sent care of Wathall's Tel. 01332 752377.

I miss you so much. You were the epitome of a true gentleman. I will never know anyone that I could banter with playfully like I did with you. I will miss our talks about earl grey tea being weasel pee and how you taught me about wine. You always were sweet to me and just had a very tender heart. I know you loved your daughters so much and were very proud of them. I guess you've met my Dad there in Heaven. I'm jealous of you both. Please give him a big hug for me. I know your in Heaven with your shirt and tie, a cigarette in one hand and a glass of wine in the other, flying around in your well earned angel wings. Fiona and Victoria, you are both in my prayers. I'm here if you need me. Love you, Neil. Go rest high on your mountain. God bless and Godspeed.
